If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our support team using the contact form.

Please enclose a copy of the invoice with your return and make a note of what you are sending back and what we should do with it. In other words, whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

In the case of an exchange, please do not forget the new size! We will then send the exchanged item back to you at our expense.

In the case of a refund, the amount paid for the item will be refunded using the payment method previously selected by the customer.

As soon as the goods have arrived in our returns department, the refund will be sent to the accounting department.
